These terms govern your use of the Attesta Labs website and the analytical services commissioned through a merchant account.

Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Verifying a certificate of analysis is open to anyone and requires no account. Commissioning testing requires an approved merchant account.
Merchant accounts
Merchant accounts are offered to brands, clinics, importers, manufacturers and research organisations. Applications are reviewed by the laboratory team, and approval is at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Submitting samples
When you submit a sample, you confirm that you are entitled to have it tested and that it has been described accurately. Each sample is logged under a tracked chain of custody on arrival. Samples are retained for a limited period after reporting and are then disposed of in line with our procedures.
Certificates of analysis
Each completed analysis is issued as a certificate of analysis carrying a unique code. A result describes the specific sample as received by the laboratory at the time of testing. It is not a statement about any other batch, nor an endorsement of the product, the manufacturer or any claim made about it.
Verification
Certificate verification is provided so that a result can be checked against the laboratory that issued it. The verification service is provided in good faith and as-is. A certificate should always be read in full rather than relied on by its headline figures alone.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Attesta Labs and may not be reproduced without permission. A certificate of analysis issued to you may be shared in full and unaltered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attesta Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information presented through it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
